The business behind this site
Durham Driveways is a trading name of 360 Media Works Ltd, company number 12691769, registered office Varsity House, C/O A E Scott & Co, Falcon Court, Preston Farm Industrial Estate, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 3TS. The form and where data is stored
Enquiries are collected through a form built by HighLevel (LeadConnector), served from api.leadconnectorhq.com. HighLevel, a US business, stores those enquiries on our behalf as a processor. Your details may therefore be handled in the United States, with HighLevel's data processing terms providing the safeguards for that transfer.
Our web host
Cloudflare provides the hosting. Its systems see your IP address and browser information whenever a page is requested, which is needed to send the page and filter out malicious traffic. No visitor analytics or ad tracking is used.
Checking you are not a bot
A Cloudflare Turnstile check protects the form against bots. The form also loads resources such as fonts from servers used by its provider. Advertising pixels, including Facebook's, are not used.
Storage used by the form
When the form loads, its provider receives basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type. To work, and to note which page you enquired from, it stores a security cookie (__cf_bm) on the provider's domain and some local storage entries (names beginning v2_, v3_ and form_progress_). Our cookies page lists them, and you can clear them in your browser at any time.
Information you give us
Personal data reaches us through the quote form, which collects your name, contact number, email, postcode and any comments about your driveway. It is used for handling your request and nothing more, and there is no login of any kind.
Who else receives your details
Only our own team and the service providers named on this page see your enquiry, and only so it can be dealt with. Apart from the service providers described on this page, no one else receives your details.
Our lawful basis
Two grounds apply: taking steps you have asked for before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in dealing with enquiries properly.
When we delete data
We hold enquiries for up to two years from the last time we heard from you. After that they are erased.
Your rights
If you want to see what we hold, fix a mistake, have your details removed or stop us using them, email info@durhamdriveway.co.uk. You will hear back within one month.
Not satisfied?
You have the right to complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), if you think we have mishandled your information.
If this notice changes
We'll amend this notice when anything material changes, and the revision date will be updated.
